Smart Access Control Systems

The Municipality of Piraeus has developed infrastructure for controlled vehicle access to public spaces, combined with population counting through sensors, in order to safeguard and monitor the frequency of use of public spaces. These data contribute both to better planning of events and activities, as well as to enhancing safety and public health protection during periods of increased attendance.
